Pickup details and what to expect.
Where and when we do pickup, how payment works, and a few policies so you know what you’re signing up for.
Pickup location
Pickup is in Liberty, Missouri. We’ll give you the exact address and instructions once your order is confirmed.
Pickup windows
We schedule pickup around our bake days—often weekends, with some flexibility for holidays and events. We’re not open like a regular store; we’ll confirm your window when we confirm your order.
Ordering timelines
The earlier you order, the easier it is to get on the schedule. Holiday and game-day bakes fill up; custom orders need extra lead time. Regular items can often be slotted in with a few days’ notice.
Payment
We’ll tell you when and how to pay when we confirm your order. Some orders may need payment or a deposit ahead of pickup to hold your slot.
Cancellations and refunds
Because we bake to order, canceling close to pickup is hard on our end. We’ll do our best to be fair; orders canceled last-minute, especially custom or holiday orders, may not be fully refundable.
Custom orders
We only take on some custom inquiries. Carrot cake is the custom item on our menu; other requests need to be simple, clearly scoped, and booked with enough notice.
Gluten-free and allergies
Everything we make is gluten-free. If you have other allergies or questions, mention them when you order so we can address them before your pickup is set.
Cottage bakery
We operate as a Missouri cottage bakery. If you have questions about what that means for ordering or labeling, ask when you get in touch.
