Carrot cake & custom inquiries when the fit is right.
Carrot cake is our custom offering on the menu—everything else goes through preorder. We take a limited number of inquiries and only when timing, scope, and notice line up.
Share what you want, pickup timing, and quantity up front—short preference notes are enough.
What we can do
- Carrot cake by custom inquiry (see the menu for pricing)
- Occasional other custom work when the request is simple and clearly scoped
- Pickup in Liberty with enough lead time for us to plan the bake
What we don’t do
- Decorative or theme-driven “showpiece” cake design
- Last-minute or very complex requests
- Vague requests without item, date, or quantity
What to include
Item, event or pickup date, servings or quantity, and simple preferences (e.g. nuts, frosting).
